Hi, I’m Wendi Gordon, the creator of my mental health guide.

I created this site to help people cope with life’s challenges by sharing what has helped me and others change our lives.

I’ve lived through hard times. I’ve experienced mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

So I know how difficult it can be to cope when life is hard. I also know how to help you get through those hard times and take steps that lead to a better life.

I’m not a medical or mental health professional, and nothing I say or write is intended to be medical advice.

I am a former pastor, and I have a B.A. in social work. I use that knowledge and experience in my mental health guide work, but my most valuable education comes from the school of life.

I use lessons and coping strategies I’ve learned from challenges in my life to guide you through the challenges in yours. When you feel lost, I help you find your way again.
