Hi, I’m Wendi.

I created this mental health guide site to help people cope with life’s challenges by sharing what has helped me. I’ve battled depression and anxiety for years, so I know how hard it can be. I also know how to survive and take steps that lead to a better life.

I’m not a medical or mental health professional, and nothing I say or write is intended to be medical advice. My role is to be your mental health guide – someone to accompany you on your journey from where you are now to where you want to be. I share what has worked for me and will probably work for you, remind you that you’re not alone, and give you hope that a better life is possible. I help you find a path through your current challenges to that new life.
